Stacker Crane AS/RS for pallets is an automated system that efficiently stores and retrieves goods, replacing manual warehousing tasks. The storage and retrieval machine (SRM) operates as a crane that moves horizontally within a single aisle.
Stacker cranes are designed to store and retrieve pallets automatically, moving in length, height, and depth to load and unload goods from racking structures in a highly agile and precise manner. These systems significantly increase warehouse productivity and maximize space utilization to boost storage capacity, while reducing errors associated with manual operations.
Enables efficient horizontal and vertical positioning within the AS/RS. The double mast design provides added stability for heavier loads and higher speeds, supporting heights up to 140 feet. Horizontal speeds reach up to 900 ft./min and vertical speeds up to 400 ft./min.
Ensures continuous and accurate movement of goods. Integrates seamlessly with S/RMs, stretch-wrappers, label applicators, and dispensers. Engineered for high throughput and durability to meet rigorous order fulfillment schedules.
Engineered for high-bay warehouses, these structures are precision-manufactured and fully bolted to the floor slab. They offer robust racking catering to environmental loads, soil types, and seismic requirements, ensuring fast order fulfillment through software integration.
