Warehouse System Radio Shuttle Shelving

The Shuttle Concept:

A shuttle system consists of supporting rack, shuttle rails, and a shuttle cart. The shuttle cart runs on the rails propelled by an electric motor. It features a platform on top that lifts to move pallets placed on the rail. The cart transports the pallet into the rack to deposit it in the precise position.

When retrieval is needed, the cart moves under the pallet, lifts it, and brings it to the front of the rack for forklift pickup. All movements are managed via a handheld remote control.
