The raw material of the blister bottom plate and top cover is HDPE, with blister process, and the general size is fixed. The honeycomb coaming material is PP plastic, which can be customized to the height according to the customer's requirements.

The overall bearing capacity of the ordinary plastic honeycomb coaming box will be 400~500 kg. With improved design, the dynamic load of the box can reach 1 ton, and the static load can reach 2 tons. In specific warehouse conditions, boxes can be stacked 3 to 4 layers, reaching a static load of 3 tons. Currently widely used in the home appliance industry for loading air conditioning and washing machine motors.
We design and provide the most suitable lining based on product characteristics. Linings can be made of HDPE, PP, or EPS foam. PP honeycomb sheet thickness options range from 3mm to 12mm.
