The overall bearing capacity of the ordinary plastic honeycomb coaming box is 400~500 kg. With improvements, the dynamic load can reach 1 ton, and static load up to 2 tons. In specific warehouse conditions, boxes can be stacked 3 to 4 layers high, reaching a static load of 3 tons. Commonly used for air conditioning and washing machine motors.

We provide tailored lining solutions based on product characteristics. Linings are available in HDPE, PP, or EPS foam. PP honeycomb sheet plate thickness ranges from 3mm to 12mm as shown in the specifications.
