A common recycling plastic box including a blister bottom plate, a plastic honeycomb coaming, and a blister top cover. The raw material for the blister bottom plate and top cover is HDPE, manufactured using a blister process with fixed general sizes. The honeycomb coaming material is PP plastic, which can be customized in height according to specific requirements.
Compared with traditional carton boxes, the PP honeycomb coaming box offers significant structural and environmental advantages. It is designed to address the instability of carton prices and the increasing societal demand for sustainable recycling solutions.
While ordinary plastic honeycomb boxes typically handle 400~500 kg, the improved coaming box can achieve a dynamic load of 1 ton and a static load of 2 tons. In warehouse environments, these boxes can be stacked 3 to 4 layers high, with a static load capacity reaching up to 3 tons. They are currently widely utilized in the home appliance and auto parts industries for transporting motors and heavy components.
Customizable internal linings (made of HDPE, PP, or EPS foam) are provided based on product characteristics. PP honeycomb sheet thickness ranges from 3mm to 12mm as shown in the technical specifications below.
