The K House Series is designed for easy and fast building requirements. This PREFABRICATED K HOUSE is suitable for office, accommodation, storage, canteen, and labor camp applications.
Also known as Prefabricated Building or Modular House, it is designed and manufactured with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels assembled together with doors and windows. This design is highly economic and commonly used in construction sites, oil sites, and mining sites as workers' quarters or site offices. It is also utilized for soldier camps, government projects, and school projects as labor accommodation, student dormitories, clinics, and laundry rooms.
The K prefabricated house has fixed parameters to calculate dimensions and areas. The main steel structure is made from "C" section steel, with EPS/IEPS/Glass wool sandwich panels for the wall and roof. It offers incredible efficiency: 6 workers can build 100sqm in one day! The structure can be configured as 1-floor, 2-floor, or 3-floor buildings.

For prefab houses, the MOQ is 200 square meters. For container houses or small units, the MOQ is 1x40HQ container.

Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit).
Q4. How is the installation handled?
For house installation, we provide detailed 3D installation drawings. If required, we can also send an engineer to train your local workers.
Q5. What information is needed for a quote?
If you have a drawing, please provide it along with your material preferences. If you don't have a drawing, please tell us the intended usage and size of the house, and we will design a solution for you.
