  • What is your cleaning approach?

    We disinfect all surfaces and high-traffic areas according to the sanitization standards from the CDC. We go above and beyond just removing crumbs and dust. We perform a thorough, deep clean every time.

  • What time of day can I choose for my professional home cleaning services?

    We work around your schedule. Please reach out to Okapi for specific requests. 

  • What does day-of scheduling look like with Okapi Cleaning?

    Depending on your location we can schedule  day-of cleaning appointments. Give us a call for more information. 

  • How do I pay?

    We accept online payments, cash, or checks. Please make all checks payable to Okapi Service Cleaning. 

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

    No! We bring our own cleaning supplies; however, if there is a specific brand or product that you’d like us to use, let us know. We can certainly accommodate any cleaning preferences.

  • Do I need to be home for every cleaning service?

    No need to be home during our visit. Most of our clients choose to leave a key or garage code for our team.

  • Why should I trust Okapi Logistics LLC?

    We pride ourselves on loyalty and high-quality service. Each team member undergoes an extensive background check before we hire them, and they are trained step-by-step on our best practices.

  • What if something is damaged during the service?

    We treat every house with the highest consideration. Our crew is fully insured and we will try to replace any personal belongings that were damaged as a direct result of our workers. 

  • What if your cleaning service is not up to my expectations?

     We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you call us within 24 hours of your most recent service.

  • Can I reschedule a service?

    Yes. If you need to reschedule,  please let us know at least 72 hours in advance.

  • What does a partnership with Okapi Logistics look like?

    We value the trust of our clients, and we’ll do everything possible to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.

  • Can I provide your team with special suggestions or instructions?

    Of course! We accept any and all special instructions. Please email your special requests to us directly so we can put them in your file and add it to your cleaning plan.
