1. In case of quality discrepancy, claims should be lodged by the Buyer within 60 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination. For quantity discrepancy, claims should be lodged within 15 days.

2. In all cases, claims must be accompanied by Survey Reports of Recognized Public Surveyors agreed to by the Seller.

3. If responsibility lies with the Seller, a reply with a settlement suggestion will be sent within 20 days after receipt of the claim.
